This is an easy way to start your day with whole foods that nourish your body. The possibilities are endless! Please share your recipes as well.



Here is a guide but tweak it to make it your own. It is simple to add your probiotic powders in as well. Please share your ideas!


  • 🄬Green-

    1/4 C Plain Greek yogurt

    1/2 avocado handful of spinach and/or kale

    1/4 C blueberries

    2 Tbsp raw unfiltered honey

    1/2 C Almond or Oat or Soy milk

    1 scoop ice blend until smooth


    🫐Purple-

    1/2 C Plain Greek yogurt handful of spinach and/or kale

    1/2 C blueberries

    1/4 C strawberries

    2 Tbsp raw unfiltered honey

    1/2 C Almond or Oat or Soy milk

    1 tsp blue spirulina powder

    1 scoop ice blend until smooth


    šŸŒYellow-

    1/4 C Plain Greek yogurt

    1/4 C Natural, no sugar added peanut butter handful of spinach and/or kale

    1 banana (green is best, the less ripe the better)

    2 Tbsp raw unfiltered honey

    1/2 C Almond or Oat or Soy milk

    1 scoop ice blend until smooth


    šŸ“Pink-

    1/2 C Plain Greek yogurt

    1/2 C strawberries

    1/4 C blueberries handful of spinach and/or kale

    2 Tbsp raw unfiltered honey

    1 Tbsp dragon fruit or powder

    1/2 C Almond or Oat or Soy milk

    1 scoop ice blend until smooth


    šŸ‘Orange-

    1/2 C Plain Greek yogurt

    1/2 C peaches

    1/4 C carrots

    1 banana (green is best, the less ripe the better)

    2 Tbsp raw unfiltered honey

    1/2 C Almond or Oat or Soy milk

    1 scoop ice blend until smooth
