Blood Sugar Imbalance
Definition- a multifaceted problem caused by dysfunctional insulin, a hormone produced by the pancreas, which helps cells absorb glucose for energy. The liver also plays a key role by storing excess glucose as glycogen and releasing it when blood sugar drops, maintaining stable levels throughout the day. Blood sugar/glucose is like gas in a car. Every cell needs glucose to work.​​
